Motivation Monday Quotes that will unlock your confidence. Sometimes we just need a push to remind us that we got this. We are human and there is no such thing as a perfect life. What’s not to love about Monday? I get up, check emails, get the kids breakfast and we start our day. Then I remember when my boys where in school, when I had an 8-5, when we all hated Mondays. The alarm, the rushing, trying to eat breakfast in the car, forgetting lunches, yup we hated Mondays. We got back into our groove mid-week and then the weekend was so good to us that Monday seemed unbearable. That cycle was enough to drive us all crazy.

Homeschool life has awarded us the flexibility to take control of our time. I just love having my children home every day. There are rare days where we wake up with that Monday feeling. We talk, we play, we cry, we throw tantrums, but most of all we love hard. My life isn’t met without needing motivation though. I struggle to keep the pace of homeschooling, balancing work, feeding kids (constantly) and daily chores.

Some days I just want to throw myself on the couch, watch hours of Netflix and hand my kids an iPad. I’m not free of deadlines, cranky hungry little people, phone calls, doctors appointments, important emails… I have to do lists for my to-do lists. I have bills and I have real-life problems just like everyone else.

Motivation Monday Quotes That Will Unlock Your Confidence.

When I was a kid I couldn’t wait to grow up. Then I became a full-fledged adult with real-life struggles. It can be enough to make you not want to get out of bed, or even just run away from your problems. I’ve had those thoughts where I just didn’t think I could handle it. I challenge you to be confident and don’t second-guess the path you are on. Even if it doesn’t all make sense give it time and give it to God to work out the details.

Set new goals, big and small for the week. Give yourself a purpose to roll out of bed and get stuff done.

Before you throw a pity party, remember that it can always be worse. There is always someone out there dealing with twice of what you are dealing with. Fall to pieces, pick yourself right up and keep going.
